The Rules Revolutionary or Retrograde?

Here is an article by Emma Gray of the Huffington Post on the new Rules book, Not Your Mother’s Rules, which will address current dating dilemmas of the online dating world, texting, sexting and Facebook.

Emma says, “One of the great things about online dating is that it gives any party the power to make the first move. And if you get rejected — who cares? You’ve never met the person to begin with. In light of that reality, Fein and Schneider’s ideas seem retrograde.”

Do you agree?

Do you think The Rules are revolutionary or retrograde?

Emma says, “Treat people you’re interested in like they’re actual people? That’s a rule worth following.”
